Biography

Tania Daguere-Lindbäck joined Novo Holdings in August 2024 as a Senior Partner in the Principal Investments team. She was previously a partner in the private equity team at BC Partners covering the healthcare sector, having joined from Blackstone where she covered healthcare private equity investments in Europe. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in the M&A team in London and Paris. She studied at HEC Paris.
