In January 2025 she took over leadership of the REPAIR Impact Fund, Novo Holdings' antimicrobial resistance fund, while continuing to drive company creation and maturation under the Seed Investments strategy. Before Novo Holdings she spent ten years in business development in early academic start-ups, maturing biotechs and industry. Novo Holdings lists her as a director of Muna Therapeutics, LimmaTech Biologics, Hoba Therapeutics, Precirix, Centauri Therapeutics and the AMR Action Fund, and as a board observer at Paratek. She holds a PhD in medicinal chemistry and a Master of Pharmacy from Copenhagen University.
