Emmanuelle Coutanceau joined Novo Holdings in September 2015 and is a Partner in Seed Investments. Novo Holdings says she has led several investment rounds and company creation efforts and has more than 15 years of experience in venture capital investment. Before Novo Seeds she was Partner Life Sciences at Auriga Partners, in charge of seed stage investments for Auriga IV Bioseeds, a seed fund dedicated to infectiology and microbiology projects. From 2007 until 2014 she was part of the life sciences team at Omnes Capital, formerly Credit Agricole Private Equity, and was in charge of its seed stage investment programme. She holds an MSc from Agrocampus Ouest, a PhD from Paris 7 University and a specialised master in pharmaceutical management from ESCP-EAP.
