Jeroen Bakker is a Partner at Novo Holdings Seed Investments. Novo Holdings says he has over a decade of biotech investment experience, driving investment processes and portfolio management for companies including Adcendo, Antag Therapeutics and Rappta Therapeutics, and that he is currently driving the firm's EUR 188m quantum investment strategy. Before Novo Seeds he was an Associate at M Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Merck, and gained operational experience at Syntaxin, which was acquired by Ipsen, Inthera and ISD Immunotech. Earlier he was a Research Fellow at the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology in San Diego. He holds a PhD in immunology from the University of Amsterdam, an MSc in biomedical sciences from Leiden University and a BSc from the Technical University of Delft.
