He was previously co-founder and Partner at SeaLink Capital Partners, an India-focused mid-market private equity firm, where he led its healthcare investments, and before that a Principal at KKR Capstone overseeing due diligence and operational improvement across KKR's investments in India. He was a founding member of Bain & Company's India office, gained investment experience at Goldman Sachs Investment Partners, and began his career at Capital One Financial in Richmond, Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in computer science and engineering from IIT Bombay.
