Max Klement joined Novo Holdings Venture Investments in 2022 and is based in the London office. He was previously a Principal at BGV, an early-stage life science venture capital firm, where he focused on investments in Europe and the United States and led multiple company creation initiatives, and served on the board of Complement Therapeutics and as board observer at Dualyx, Link Immunotherapeutics and VarmX. Before BGV he worked in operational roles at Eden Biologics, a biologics CDMO, and at Hummingbird Bioscience. He holds a PhD in chemical and biomolecular engineering from the National University of Singapore, a BS in biochemical engineering from UC Irvine and an MBA from INSEAD.
