Biography

Christoffer Søderberg joined Novo Holdings in February 2016 as Director, Principal Investments, and is now Managing Partner and Head of Principal Investments, sitting on the Executive Leadership Team and the Life Science Leadership Team. Before Novo Holdings he was a Senior Principal at BCG leading the Copenhagen private equity and principal investors practice area, and before that worked at Falck A/S as Global Head of Group Strategy and M&A and later CFO of Falck Assistance. Earlier he was a Director at Carnegie Investment Banking focusing on buy-side and sell-side M&A. He holds a BSc in international business and an MSc in finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
