Novo Holdings says he brings over ten years of healthcare private equity experience as well as several years as an investment banker. He was most recently a Managing Director in the healthcare team at CVC Capital Partners in New York, and before CVC worked at LetterOne Health and Tailwind Capital Partners and at the investment bank Lazard. He holds a BA in ethics, politics and economics from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
