Biography

Sacha Loiseau is a Venture Partner at Elaia and CEO of Mauna Kea Technologies. He trained as an astrophysicist, holds a PhD in astrophysics and a degree from École polytechnique, and worked at CNES, the Paris Observatory and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena before moving into medical technology. He co-headed France's medical device reindustrialisation plan, helped establish MedTech in France and serves as its vice-president. He is chairman of Therapixel and a board member of MDoloris, Lifen, Azalea Vision and SeqOne, and a board observer at InHeart and i-Virtual. Elaia lists his expertise as medtech.
