Biography

David Sourdive is a Venture Partner at Elaia and a co-founder, Executive Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and director of Cellectis. He has around 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, having taken Cellectis from a start-up concept to a publicly listed biopharmaceutical company that raised more than EUR 500 million. He is a graduate of École polytechnique, holds a PhD in molecular virology from the Institut Pasteur and did a research fellowship in the department of microbiology and immunology at Emory University. His career began in industrial programme management at France's DGA. He sits on the boards of Eukarÿs SAS and the Mediterranean Institute for Life Sciences and on the strategic board of OmicX SAS.
