Biography

Pauline Roux is a Managing Partner at Elaia. Before joining the firm she worked in investment banking in the corporate finance team of Bryan, Garnier & Co, executing M&A, fundraising and IPO transactions for technology companies. She started her career as an equity research analyst covering European listed midcap technology stocks at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux and Genesta Finance. Alongside her investing role she sits on the Venture Council of Invest Europe, co-chairs the Venture & Growth commission of France Invest, teaches at France Invest and mentors Paris-based technology acceleration programmes. Elaia lists her focus as artificial intelligence, SaaS, ad tech and mar tech, HR tech and ag tech. Her joining year is not published by the firm.
