His Vivo biography states he has over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing. From 2019 to 2024 he was Chief Technology Officer at Day One Biopharmaceuticals, where he led CMC development, the NDA filing and commercialisation for Ojemda (tovorafenib). Before Day One he was an independent consultant to venture backed start-up companies, and from 2005 to 2015 he was at Array BioPharma where he led the CMC team that developed, manufactured and filed INDs for more than 20 new chemical entities, including the marketed drugs binimetinib (Mektovi) and tucatinib (Tukysa). He started his industry career at Pfizer, where he spent 12 years in Manufacturing, Quality and R&D. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and his B.A. in Chemistry from Illinois Wesleyan University.
