She was co-founder, President, CEO and a Board Member of ScinoPharm Taiwan, Ltd., a publicly listed process R&D and API manufacturing service provider, which she established in 1997. Before that she spent 14 years at Syntex from 1981, latterly as Corporate Vice President of Pharmaceutical Operations and Technology with responsibility for worldwide pharmaceutical manufacturing, operations and technology transfer, and earlier worked at Monsanto for eight years in technical and management roles in the synthetic fibers and semiconductor materials divisions.
