He started in venture capital in 1996 before co-founding Tendris, a venture builder that launched a series of cleantech start-ups between 2002 and 2012. He relocated to Silicon Valley in 2007 and invested as an impact angel in Nest, Lyft, Change.org and Solar Mosaic, returning to Amsterdam in 2015 to help build Rubio. At Rubio he has worked with Sama, OLIO, SkinVision, GoodUp, Lingvist and SkillLab.
