HData's January 2026 press release states he joined that company's board as an observer, which is not a directorship. He holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, studied international affairs in the UK as a Marshall Scholar with degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of St Andrews, and holds a BA in intelligence studies from Mercyhurst University.
