Biography

Thomas Hendrix is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Decisive Point, a New York based venture capital and strategic advisory firm focused on defense, energy, and infrastructure technologies. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served nearly ten years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Special Forces officer, with multiple combat deployments as a Green Beret. After leaving the Army he worked at Blackstone in New York before founding Decisive Point in 2018. The firm launched its first venture fund in 2021 and was an early investor in Standard Nuclear, which listed on the NYSE in 2026. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MSL in Government Procurement Law from George Washington University Law School.
