She began her career in R&D at 3M, working across materials, biology, and engineering, later held senior roles in business development and strategic venture investment at Sanofi, and was part of the team at Flagship Pioneering. She serves on the boards of portfolio companies Cellino, Droplet Biosciences, Matrisome Bio, Source Bio, Predicta Biosciences, Bexorg, and Terrestrial Bio. She is a member of the Life Science Council at Springboard Enterprises, an advisor to Harvard's Blavatnik Fellowship, and a member of Prime Coalition's investment advisory committee. Business Insider named her to its Seed 100 list in 2025 and Seed 40 list in 2026. She holds a PhD in chemical engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
