He joined S2G in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer after roughly ten years at Baird Capital, where as Partner and Managing Director he oversaw strategy, investor relations, marketing, and business development for a multi-billion dollar private equity and venture capital operation. Earlier he worked at Muller & Monroe Asset Management, investing in emerging managers. When S2G launched as a registered investment adviser and standalone business in 2024, he was named among the managing partners leading the firm. He holds a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
