View Live Interactive Profile →Shane Chesson co-founded the firm in 2014, when it was NSI Ventures, the venture arm of Northstar Group, and is based in Singapore. He sits on the investment committees of the Openspace Ventures, Openspace Growth, Orbit and Ocular funds and on the Executive Committee. Before founding the firm he held several investment banking leadership roles, most notably Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking for Asia-Pacific at Citigroup, and he also worked at Merrill Lynch, Bain & Company and GEM Consulting. He is Vice Chairman of the Singapore Venture and Private Capital Association and Chairman of the Investment Committee for Aidha Accelerator, which supports entrepreneurship for female migrant workers. He holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and an LLB and a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and Finance from the University of Western Australia.
