Biography

Rick Frisbie co-founded Battery Ventures in Boston in 1983 with Bob Barrett and Howard Anderson. Battery's own case study on Zayo Group names him as the general partner who led the firm's 2007 participation in a $225 million financing that funded Zayo's acquisition strategy in the fiber-optic bandwidth market. Battery now refers to him as a former General Partner and does not list him on its people page.
