Biography

Rémi Droller is a Managing Partner of Kurma Partners and co-leads the Biofund franchise. He began investing in 2000 at CDC Innovation, the venture capital subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, then joined AGF Private Equity in 2003 where he built out the life sciences investment activity, before joining Kurma in 2010. Since then he has been involved in founding around a dozen European biotechnology companies and has served as chairman or director of several of them. He oversees a portfolio of roughly 60 companies across biopharma, diagnostics and digital health with a team of about 25 people in Paris and Munich. He holds a master's degree in molecular biology from Université Paris VI and a master's in finance and innovation management from AgroParisTech.
