Before Flourish she spent eight years at Omidyar Network, where she helped build the Human Capital team, and earlier she worked in recruiting and team development at two high-growth Silicon Valley startups. She also engages fintech founders across the Flourish portfolio on leadership, wellbeing and talent management. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and human development from UC San Diego. Her Flourish role is a people and talent role rather than a deal-making one.
