Jonathan Silverstein joined OrbiMed in 1999 to focus on private equity and structured transactions in small capitalization public biotechnology and medical device companies. OrbiMed's site now describes him as a former Managing Partner and current Executive Partner. He is co-founder and President of The Silverstein Foundation for Parkinson's with GBA, and he currently serves on the board of Vanqua Bio. He holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from the University of San Diego and a B.A. in Economics from Denison University.
