Biography

Jacques Benkoski is a General Partner at U.S. Venture Partners, where he leads the firm's Israel practice and invests in cybersecurity and enterprise software. USVP announced his promotion to Partner in 2013, and he was named on the investment teams for USVP XII in 2020 and USVP XIII in 2022. He led USVP's rounds into Medigate in 2019, IONIX in 2022 and Apono in 2025, joining each company's board, and Apono's announcement cites his experience with Trusteer, Medigate and Kenna Security. Before venture capital he worked at IMEC, IBM and STMicroelectronics, founded Epic Design Technology's European subsidiary, ran European sales at Synopsys, and served as chief executive of Monterey Design Systems.
