Ian Chiu is a Managing Partner at Owl Ventures, which he joined in 2018 after roughly a decade at Warburg Pincus, where he led the firm's education sector investing. Earlier he was a technology investor at Silver Lake, a consultant at Bain & Company, and a co-founder and early employee of BigMachines, a SaaS company later acquired by Oracle.
