He is listed on UTEC's team page under ADMINISTRATION rather than INVESTMENT PROFESSIONAL, but his stated title contains パートナー and he is therefore counted in the partner roster. UTEC's page states that at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, which he joined in 2007, he audited listed and pre-IPO companies, carried out due diligence for IPO preparation and M&A, and advised on business process development and strategic planning; he then managed finance, accounting, human resources, legal affairs and other corporate functions at a startup, establishing its corporate division, before joining UTEC in January 2018. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also named as one of six UTEC writers of the firm's book on entrepreneurship strategy in science and technology, announced by UTEC on 3 February 2026.
