Chrissy Meyer is a Partner at Root Ventures, the San Francisco seed-stage deep tech firm, which announced her arrival as a Venture Partner in October 2017. TechCrunch reported in 2023 that she writes one to three million dollar checks in seed and pre-seed rounds at Root. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.
