He co-founded Delrina Corporation, maker of WinFax, and served as its Chief Technology Officer; the firm's team page states Delrina was acquired by Symantec for US$415M and that he became a Vice President at Symantec. The team page says he has more than 25 years in software and technology, that ten of his angel and seed investments have resulted in company exits, and that he holds an Honours Engineering degree from the University of Toronto. The 2015 announcement names him as an angel investor in Wattpad and Farelogix; those are personal angel positions predating his Venture Partner role, not Golden Ventures fund investments. No current board seat could be verified.
