Redstone

Redstone describes itself as a European venture capital firm that follows selected investment strategies, run by specialised investment teams for each strategy. Its own strategy page names eight of them: FinTech, DeepTech, Industrial, Energy & Infrastructure, Blue Economy, Social Impact, Health and Venture Debt. The firm says it invests early in startups it considers to make a meaningful societal contribution, and reports 200+ portfolio firms, 8 sector strategies and 30+ employees on its Our Way page. It operates a proprietary in-house data platform it calls SOFIA, which it says it uses across fund initiation, sourcing, screening and portfolio support to make evidence-based investment decisions. Redstone runs multiple separate vehicles rather than a single flagship fund, including sector funds, regional funds in the Nordics and Switzerland, a venture debt activity branded Bridge to Growth, and the Redstone Global Ventures ELTIF for private investors. It has offices in Berlin, Helsinki and Zurich and a team in Hong Kong.

Approximately €650M (across 15 funds, reported 31 August 2026 by EU-Startups; the firm's own Redstone Global Ventures ELTIF page states 600m "Assets Under Mangement" [sic] but carries no date) AUM 70/100 Power Score™ 2014 Founded Berlin, Germany
