Biography

Kaj Hagros is Managing Partner Nordics at Redstone and, per his Redstone profile page, general partner for the Redstone Nordic Seed Fund. That page states that he was previously CEO of a telecom IT company listed on Nasdaq Helsinki and COO of FOX Mobile, formerly Jamba, in Berlin, and that he has made about fifty investments and managed several corporate venturing programmes. He was quoted in Helen's 2025 announcement that management of Helen Ventures' corporate venture capital portfolio would move to Redstone Nordics from 1 June 2025, and in the August 2026 launch of North Karelia Growth Fund II. External sources give him different titles: Helen calls him Managing Director, Redstone Nordics and EU-Startups calls him Managing Partner at Redstone Nordics Oy, while the firm's own team page says Managing Partner Nordics. No degree, board seat or individually attributed portfolio company is published for him.
