Pegasus Tech Ventures is a Silicon Valley based venture capital firm that partners with corporations to invest in and engage with high-growth technology companies. Its stated model is Venture Capital-as-a-Service (VCaaS): it raises and manages separate funds on behalf of individual global corporations, sources and vets investment opportunities for those corporate partners, manages the investments, and then connects portfolio companies to its network of corporate partners. Its stated investment focus areas are artificial intelligence, automotive, fintech, deep tech, food and agriculture, healthcare, robotics and automation, and energy. The firm states it manages over 40 funds, has invested in more than 300 startups globally, and reports 88 exits and 29 IPOs on its homepage. It also runs the Startup World Cup competition and the Pegasus University and HAE Accelerator programmes.

Fenox Venture Capital announces a US$200 million fund for Bangladesh startups from San Jose on 1 December 2014.
2019
Pegasus Tech Ventures launches publicly under that name on 2 May 2019, presenting its Venture Capital-as-a-Service model, a team of over 90 people and investments in more than 140 startups.
2021
Pegasus and Japanet Holdings launch a US$50 million corporate venture capital fund, announced 10 March 2021, when the firm stated US$1.5 billion in assets under management and over 35 corporate partners including ASUS, Aisin, SEGA, Sojitz and Omron.
2025
Pegasus announces a strategic partnership with Mitsubishi Materials Corporation on 16 September 2025, stating over US$2 billion in assets under management.
2026
Pegasus announces on 28 July 2026 that it has surpassed US$300 million in new corporate venture capital commitments across five funds established in the first half of 2026.
