Fifth Wall

Fifth Wall invests in technology for the built environment, spanning proptech and climate technology for real estate. Its limited partner base consists largely of real estate owner-operators - approximately 116 strategic LPs across more than 20 countries - who are also potential customers for portfolio companies. The firm has raised separate proptech funds and a dedicated climate fund, and in 2025 was investing through REACT, a vehicle combining proptech and climate opportunities. Its Fund III was structured as a hybrid vehicle covering both early-stage and late-stage investments.
