Biography

Stasia Obremskey is a Managing Partner of Foreground Capital and a co-founder of RH Capital, the women's health venture fund launched under the nonprofit Rhia Ventures in 2019. The collaboration grew out of her work with philanthropist Dr. Ruth Shaber on directing capital toward reproductive and maternal health, and it produced one of the earliest funds dedicated exclusively to women's health, with $43.5 million under management across two funds at the 2022 close of Fund II. Earlier in her career she was a chief financial officer at multiple healthcare organizations, a management consultant at Bain & Company and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. She serves on the board of Cadence OTC and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
