Biography

Shi Khai Wei is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of LongHash Ventures, the title printed on the firm's About page. Forbes reported in October 2022 that the firm was founded by Emma Cui and “Shi Khai, her ex-McKinsey colleague”, which is the only prior employer sourced for him from an acceptable publication. He carries author bylines on the firm's research output, including “为什么 Virtuals Protocol 正在成为价值百亿美元的超级独角兽” (8 December 2024) and, with Raghav Agarwal, “Agentic Commerce: Why X402 is Just the Beginning” (3 November 2025). The LongHash Ventures About page prints only a name and a title for each person and carries no biography, education or link to an individual profile page, so no degrees, join year beyond the firm's 2018 incorporation, board seats or personally attributed investments could be sourced. Searches for him returned only prohibited or unsourced aggregator profiles, which were not used.
