Biography

Reshma Sohoni was born in India, raised in the U.S., and studied engineering and business at the University of Pennsylvania before an INSEAD MBA and roles at Vodafone and Jefferies Broadview - a genuinely international path that shaped Seedcamp's identity as a firm built to help European founders think globally from day one. She co-founded the firm with Saul Klein in 2007, and has stayed personally involved with its biggest outcomes ever since: she was Synthesia's first backer in 2019, years before its $4 billion valuation, and Seedcamp's early conviction in Wise, Revolut, and UiPath produced three of Europe's genuine decacorns. She received an MBE from Queen Elizabeth II in 2021 for her contributions to the British tech ecosystem, has advised the U.K. government's Digital Economy Council, and returned to the Forbes Midas Seed List for a fourth time in 2025.
