Biography

Rachel Holt is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Construct Capital, an early stage venture firm investing in founders rebuilding foundational industries. She began her career at Bain & Company and then joined Uber as one of its first 30 employees, spending almost a decade there as a long-time member of the Executive Leadership Team, running the US and Canada Rides business along with Global Marketing and Brand and Customer Operations, and later leading the New Mobility organization and Uber's Incubator. She left Uber in 2020, having co-founded Construct with Dayna Grayson in late 2019. Before launching Construct she invested in Calibrate, Urbanstems and Caribou, and she serves on the Caribou board.
