Biography

Dayna Grayson is co-founder and managing partner of Construct Capital, launched with Rachel Holt in 2020. She began her career at North Bridge Venture Partners in Boston before becoming a partner at New Enterprise Associates, where she built one of the first venture portfolios centred on transforming industrial and manufacturing sectors, leading investments in Desktop Metal, Onshape and Formlabs.
