Biography

Philippe Amouyal joined Invus in 1999 as a Managing Director and is based in the Miami office. Invus states that before joining he spent fifteen years at The Boston Consulting Group in Paris and Boston, where he was a Vice President and Director and led the global electronics and software practice from 1991. He holds an MS in engineering and a DEA in management from Ecole Centrale de Paris and was a Research Fellow at the Center for Policy Alternatives at MIT. Lexicon Pharmaceuticals' 2026 proxy statement records that he has been a Lexicon director since August 2007, that he chairs its compensation committee and that he is a designee of Invus, L.P. and its affiliates under the company's stockholders' agreement. Cava Group's 2026 proxy statement records that he has served on its board since November 2018 and is a Class I director with a term expiring in 2027.
