He led the establishment of the firm's Singapore-headquartered Southeast Asia business in 2012 and the firm has since backed over 200 companies with more than US$500M in committed capital and exits worth over US$2B in enterprise value. He also co-founded Wavemaker Impact, the climate-tech venture-building fund, and Wavemaker Growth. He sits on the board of Enterprise Singapore and previously chaired the investment committee of the Asian Development Bank's climate tech venture fund. Before Wavemaker he was an entrepreneur who founded six companies and exited three, and he began his career as a product manager at Procter & Gamble. He holds a B.S. in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University with a joint minor in International Management from the University of Antwerp.
