His biography says he provides domain expertise on investments in robotics, artificial intelligence, drones, industrial automation and climate tech and builds relationships with limited partners and corporate venture groups. His firm biography states that he currently serves on the boards of CivRobotics, Cambrian Robotics and Paraspot. Two of those three were tested against first-party filings and confirmed: he is named as a Director of CivRobotics Technologies, Inc. in that company's Form D of 15 August 2022 and of Cambrian Inc., the London-registered company whose chief executive is Miika Petteri Satori, in its Form D/A of 22 September 2023. The Paraspot claim could not be tested because paraspot.ai is a JavaScript-only application that returns no readable text, so it is not recorded. His biography also lists exits including IPOs of Novocure and Ekso Bionics, a private equity sale of TripleLift, the acquisition of Scite.ai by Research Solutions and a growth equity round for CardFlight; the page does not say which of these were ffVC investments and which were personal, so no exit count is recorded. He previously built and exited Holmes Protection, AmeriCash and RobotGalaxy. He is an Adjunct Professor at Sy Syms School of Business and the author of A Startup Field Guide in the Age of Robots and AI.
