View Live Interactive Profile →Nico Berardi is a general partner and the founder of ANIMO Ventures, a Miami-based early-stage firm. Born and raised in Argentina, he was part of the senior leadership of TECHO.org, which the firm says he helped drive to becoming the largest non-profit in Latin America; Refresh Miami reported he was CEO of the nonprofit. He then started Miami Angels, an angel investor network, where the firm says he found his calling in early-stage investing. He spent two years with Resolute Ventures before founding ANIMO. He holds a BS in Economics from Universidad Torcuato DiTella and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a Kauffman Fellow.
