ANIMO Ventures is an early-stage firm that invests $500k to $2.5m from ideation to early traction. Its stated focus is US-based companies raising $500k to $5m across the seed spectrum. The firm describes its approach as People Backing People and Founders Backing Founders and lists more than 50 portfolio companies. It was publicly unveiled in November 2019 with a $60 million debut fund after operating in stealth as Magnetico Ventures.
