She works with healthcare services and healthcare information technology companies that are current and potential investment partners. Before Deerfield she was co-manager of an ING branded healthcare hedge fund that she launched in 2000, and previously spent eleven years in the investment banking, high yield research and equity research departments at Furman Selz and ING, focused on healthcare. She also spent two years in the national healthcare consulting practice of Price Waterhouse. She graduated with High Honors with a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University and earned her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
