Biography

Laura Petterle is Managing Partner and CFO of Fontinalis Partners, based in Detroit. As CFO she manages the professionals responsible for the firm's financial reporting, governance, compliance, transaction and legal due diligence, and shareholder relations, and she advises portfolio companies on operating matters, complex transactions, and governance. Since 1994 she has served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Booth American Company, where she oversaw the finances of its media and telecommunications holdings, managed its U.S. Cable Television Division, and led the process resulting in the 853 million dollar sale of its U.S. broadband assets in 1999. Before Booth American she spent 12 years in finance roles at Maclean Hunter, a Canadian cable television and telecommunications company. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
