Biography

Chris Stallman is a Managing Partner at Fontinalis Partners in Detroit, where he invests at the intersection of emerging companies and large physical industries, with particular interest in supply chain transformation, enterprise efficiency, data and analytics, and AI and automation. He serves on the boards of Chain.io and SONAR, formerly FreightWaves, and is a board observer at Highland Electric Fleets and Condoit. His prior board experience includes TransLoc, acquired by Ford Smart Mobility, and Synovia Solutions, acquired by CalAmp, and his notable portfolio work includes Telogis, Postmates, and Turo. Before Fontinalis he spent five years at the advisory firm Stout serving industrial and automotive clients and worked on the private markets team at the University of Michigan Investment Office. A CFA charterholder, he holds a BBA with distinction from Michigan's Ross School of Business.
