Biography

Lara Lemann is co-founder and managing partner of Maya Capital, the first pan-Latin American early-stage fund, which she started with Monica Saggioro in 2018. Brazilian and Swiss, she holds a degree in human rights and political science from Columbia University. She began her career in Brazil's public sector at the Ministry of Education, moved to Ambev, and then into angel investing. She is a Kauffman Fellow.
