Biography

Jessica Livingston co-founded Y Combinator in 2005 and is listed on the firm's people page as 'Founder, Retired'. Before co-founding Y Combinator she was VP of marketing at the Boston investment bank Adams Harkness, where she managed a rebranding of the company. She is the author of Founders at Work (2007), a book of interviews with startup founders, and announced Y Combinator's Female Founders Conference in 2014. She holds a BA in English from Bucknell University.
