Biography

Jen Wolf was a Managing Partner at Initialized Capital until the firm's October 2024 restructuring. She began her career as a designer and front-end developer at the consultancy Adjacency, which she joined in 1998 and where she first worked with Garry Tan, and she attended the University of Washington. She joined Initialized as a partner, was promoted to President and Partner in May 2021, and was promoted to Managing Partner alongside Brett Gibson in August 2022. She led Initialized's seed rounds in eqtble and Alix.
