Biography

Jeff Flynn joined Citi Ventures in 2022 and is Director, Venture Investing, leading the firm's efforts across Lending and Proptech, Commerce and Payments, and LP Investing. His Citi bio lists him as board observer for Flex, Kasa, Pylon, Setpoint and Vontive, and says he oversees prior investments in HomeLight and Roofstock. Before Citi he founded Noho Ventures, was a venture partner at Fifth Wall and Rotor Capital, and co-founded and led Assurant Ventures from 2015 to 2020, and earlier worked in online strategy at The Home Depot, growth equity at H.I.G. Capital and investment banking at CIBC/Oppenheimer. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a B.A. in philosophy from Columbia University.
