Biography

Fridtjof Berge is Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Antler, where he oversees external activities globally and serves on several of the firm's investment committees. Before co-founding Antler he worked at McKinsey & Company, advising clients across the retail, consumer goods and financial services sectors in Northern and Central Europe, and he previously led e-commerce for a Nordic footwear distributor. He has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree in Finance and Venture Capital and is a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
